Airtel — extra billing for postpaid mobile [protected]

This is with reference to airtel postpaid ([protected]) bill number[protected] dated 27-may-2018 and bill period 26-apr-2018 to 25-may-2018.

In my recent bill summary for may 2018 (Billing number :[protected], i can see rs.649 added extra in my billing. When i look at the bill details i can see the pack "international roaming daily limit pack [protected]@649 with ul incoming nrc", activated on 11-may-2018. But i haven't activated this pack on my own. Could you please let me know how is pack has been activated for my number without my notice or permission.
