[Resolved]  Airtel — FaceTime and IMessage not activating

Website: Airtel.in

I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

Please resolve this issue asap.

I actually DM’d them on Twitter and they assisted there. ₹15 were credited to my account for activation of FaceTime and iMessage services.
