[Resolved]  Airtel — Fake open network

On 09.08.2016, i had raised an issue that there is no network coverage in my area i. E kundalahalli gtae, bangalore. I had also received a complaint ref num[protected]. But there was no follw-up on the complaint and the very next day i received a message which read-"your complaint has been successfully resolved". And i was also asked to reply to the msg with a yes or no feed back as yes would be for "satisfied" and no would be for "dissatisfied".. I had replied with "no".. Still there was no answer from these fake people. I received a bill amount of 1518 for my mobile num-[protected]. I paid it off. I received a bill of 2497 for my number [protected] and i decided not to pay the bill unless i receive a call from anyone directly from airtel. Each day i received calls from the third party vendors who called me on behalf of airtel and i said them them the entire thing. Each day there would be different people who would call me and i repeat the the same thing to all the people and this has continued till date. Today i have received a msg which reads that the bill for that number [protected] has been revised to 3746.44 (Nb — the data services to this number has already been stopped by the airtel people still they are hankering money from the customer).. I am not going to pay a single penny as i have not received the service worth being paid. These airtel people are chetas and i have all the proofs with.. I am going to put all the proofs in the social media as well as in the media. Let the people of india recognize these goons... These people are cheats. I want someone from airtel to call me and speak with on the same else i willput this in the social media.. I will port my number to reliance jio... And will also makie sure people from my office n community stop using airtel... I, myself own 3 numbers (Postpaid) under the same parent id.

Even i had faced the same issue few months back.This is utter nonsense. Airtel should now realise that there is boss (JIO) on its way. Dont try to cheat people ..comeon guys
