I ported my prepaid number to Airtel Postpaid 4 months ago, In my area I have faced non stop network issues..
- I am always out of coverage for people calling me when m @ my home.
- Although I have 3G plan but at home it does only shows E that is for Edge.
no speed at all, I cant also use the internet service.
- You(Airtel) described yourselves as open network is very shameful and also fraud.
- have also complained this network issues but was of no use. Still I face the same issues.
- You(Airtel) have misleading advertisements with all false promises.
* I have always felt free to call customer care and complined but nothing help.
