Airtel — Falsely deducting amount from my account balance

Airtel has falsely deducted 10 rs from my account balance despite me not answering or making any calls. They don't have any proper redressal system in place. 20 rs have already been deducted from my account. Had faced similar situation in December as well. Attaching the proof for reference.
