#airtel service is going to dogs!!
Last one week my incoming calls and internet were not working and the reason was i had requested for isd service to be enabled which deactivated the base plan... This is told by customer care executive.
Today i receive one month old bill in my email and to check when i call customer care was told it is sent by accident.
I am expecting more to come in the coming days and i am seriously looking forward to port my mobile / broadband and hotspot to vodafone and act cannot spend daily couple of hours with this type of service provider loosing mental peace. Was this information helpful? |
