Airtel — Fraud and layer company airtel digitaltv service

I have airtel dish tv plan. My customer id : [protected]. My digital service is getting intrupputed every second month with no signal error. Every time I m calling to customer care and they are sending engineer and charging 150 rupees. Every time I am paying amount but same price blemish exists again and again. They are making money by this way. Currently I m facing same issue no signal. I have called to cutomer care and escalate same issue to the support team and mentioned that i m not paying any single amount to this time to resolve problem because it is repetitive problem and u are charging money every time. But they are not accepting this. I have all bills and communication record of customer service Center. Although they are not arranging call back after 24 hours as well.
