[Resolved]  Airtel — Frustrated by airtel services: fraud person from, airtel: mahendra — [protected]: pimple saudagar pune

Dear all,

I would like to mention here that airtel is a big fraud company, which commits to solve your issue
Within 24 hours but the technical persons are unable to sort out the problem.
Here i would like to mention the complete details of the fraud incident happen with me.
Since i am an exisiting customer of airtel for one year i took another a connection on main pimple
Saudagar, shivar chawk, pune - 411017. Here the commited promise with me is that within 24 hours
You any issue will get resolved, but whevnever i raise a complaint first of the call centre guy is rigid to
Take the complaint like they are taking and fir in police station. If successfully the complaint get
Registered, the technical guy who is nothing but only a lazy person who actully is killing his time in airtel
Named mahenra — [protected], come and give a very illogical and nonsence reply and goes back.
Recently my airtel connection is down because of the wire breaking or disruption in network but the
Person said me the below:
1. Continuity check is not airtel's task.
2. Its is the customer's responsibility to do the continuty check (On behalf of airtel)
3. Customer is supposed to call to their personla electrician and once the continuity will get connected
They will come and say that connection is up and running now (See the nonsense logic, if my
Electrician is literate in networking then bloody why he would not start providing broadband services)
4. Also he has suggested, to talk to the installation guy who came at the time of airtel installation
Nagesh thorat — [protected]. Nagesh said my task is completed and you call mahendra then he has
To arrange an electrician for it.
5. Once i raised a request for new airtel connection the contact person is saying that we will resolve the old issue and provide you new connection at the earliest.

Summary: airtel is a big name in the market where the name is screwing up by the employees itself.
Airtel should take the serious action against the team and resolve my issue at the earliest.
