Subject - in-appropriate customer service experience for dth service.
Hello to whomsoever,
This is to bring you in notice the very bad experience of the service provided by you for dth.
I had a no signal error issue with my airtel dth repeatedly for 2 months (Jul & aug)
In july i raised the issue and the same was resolved in more than 4 days time after so many follow up in call.
Now again same is happening with my issue been forwarded and deadlines been skipped more than 3 times. At first it was said issue will get resolved next day by 1pm than it changed to 3pm and next same got changed to 48hrs... That means after logging complaint issue is still not addressed and is extended to 4days now.
I am really very disappointed with the customer service provided and the pain i have to go through to get it resolved. (Customer care ppl - manisha (Senior), shilpa, arvind
Following are few names i remember who attended my call and gave me many answers including my area is local and that special engg will be there and all.
Also i have received the sms with airtel service engg details (Uday - +91 [protected]) who never pick up the call.
I am truly thinking of discontinuing your service from nov'17 (Since i have paid for year) and will see to it that same mistake is not done by my fellow friends too..
Just need a favor to look into this matter seriously for atleast you come to know the loop holes in ur organization pls.
