Mera wrong internet balance deduction ho raha hai aur jab mene customer care par bat ki to meri problem resolve karne ki jagah, customer care executive yahan tak ki manager ne bhi misbehave kiya "manager ne kaha apko sun ke pata lag ra hai ki aapne bhi customer care me kaam kiya "agar koi customer effectively bolta hai to ye log esa responce karte hai aur bina use kiye mera internet balance khatm ho raha hai to direct bol diya ki esi koi problem hoti nahi hai...aur complaint nahi li jaayegi.kuch minutes ki recoding available hai mere phone .
