For my airtel relationship no.[protected], firstly in september month when i went to update my aadhaar at alaknanda branch, new delhi - i was told by airtel officer to link my phone no with my husband account to get one bill and he could process the same request after my confirmation but to my surprise the account was never link d and i kept on reviving two seperate invoices for both accounts. To add more trouble, when i made payment for my account, it was credited to my husband account for september month bill and same happened for october month. Thereafter when i complained to airtel; i was said that the account was linked but not wholly and thereafter was advised to delink the two accounts and then make the payment again : i did the same as instructed and finally could make two months due payment on 10th december for rs.3000 against due amount of rs.2952/- but still i kept on reviving recorded message that the bill is due. Finally i complained and could get a revert from airtel office that the bill has already been paid by us and they confirm upon the payment received but due to some technical trouble, it is showing this issue which was confirmed that it should stop in next 3 working days but to add trouble to our ever troubled airtel transmission: still the payment due calls are coming and creating trouble in my life. I wish to claim rs. 50000/- towards harassment that airtel had down in past two months with me. I am going to file a consumer compliant with consumer court at ina. This is pre alert notice from my side to airtel.
