Dear sir,
I am an existing costumer of airtel dth, airtel post paid mobile service with no. [protected].
I had requested for poor internet in my area through open network, however the same was not addressed.
Again, i had requested for a second dth connection through airtel mobile app, which was also not addressed.
This is matter of concern that, today morning i got a call from airtel dth costumer care no. [protected]; the behavior of the so called executive was far worse than worst, and totally unbearable.
He continued talking with me rudely, and even called me a "deaf"...
This type of behavior is totally unbearable. Is airtel as a company endorsing such behavior for its costumers...?
Whether airtel apprising its employees for harassing the costumer and misbehaving the costumer...?
