Airtel — how can I unblock my sim

Sim card not working that has taken in 2016 so plz unblock it... I have used this just for 8months r 6months that's it... After i haven't used sim today i have taken to use this sim lastly it is not working so plzz help me to unblock sim so that i can njoy the airtel packs... Which gives fastest network..
