Airtel — I have done my document verification and paid rs 500 for airtel broadband but no one came to do installation

Yesterday I did my document verification for Airtel Broadband and paid 500 rupees and today the person told that someone will come and do the Installation but no one came yet to do the installation. I have been waiting since morning. This shows how irresponsible Airtel is making fake customer commitments.
