I am an old user for airtel my mobile number [protected]. I upgrade my mobile number whose sim number is[protected]u. After upgrading my sim into 4g i am unable to send and receive messages from my sim. Please solve my messaging problem. I am unable to get my some important messages. This number is registered in banks and many social accounts and i am unable to get otp to my number.
