Airtel — I'm not getting my refund money.

Hi,
I, Anirban Naskar applied for airtel broad band connection on 15th December, 2017 with all documents and paid advance Rs.500 through cheque to a guy "Sourabh", contact no.-[protected]. My CEF NO.[protected]. Till today I haven't received any call from airtel provider or any proper responce from appellate team. So, I want my money back as early as possible.Regards, Anirban Naskar
