Hi, I have taken a Airtel Broadband connection with all correct and clear necessary documents. But when I got a confirmation call and a copy of bill, I saw that my surname was incorrectly displayed. I tried to reach out the customer care but no proper response as usual. Then I wrote a mail to the customer care saying that the incorrect data has been entered. To my surprise, the response which I got was that I have to submit the documents again. This is a pure stupidity as the company have made negligent data entry and for that customer has to suffer. I immediately sent a reply on this but the customer service is so poor that they dont even keep track of who attended which complaint. After waiting for few days, I emailed to the appellate and to my surprise the appellate team is vague that they respond with the answers like some time is needed and all. Airtel services are really getting poorer day by day and customer support is worst. Need to rethink of my services. Was this information helpful? |
