Airtel.in — airtel recharge failed but the amount deducted

I have tried to recharge by airtel mobile number [protected] with rs. 345.00, the amount is debited from my axis bank account instantly, but recharge was not done

The amount detected vide:
Inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions pvt ltd
Te payment made through axis bank branch code 157.
Requested to initiate necessary action to revert the payment
