Airtel.in — recharge amount not debited

Today morning i had recharged for 598/- to my number, i got there confirmation message with transaction reference #[protected]. Also the money has been credited from my hdfc bank account with message. "08 jan 2020 [protected]-citrusairtel [protected] 08 jan 2020 598.00" But there no amount debited to my number its been 4hours, i am fed up with calling airtel customer care. They are saying call to bank and check. How can they say when there site confirmed the transaction with the proper number and also amount has been credited from bank. Was this information helpful? Rs.235 txn done on my card on 3/101/2020. Txn#S[protected]. But my dth recharge is not done. But money from bank account deducted. I want the refund immediately.

I am trying to chose a plan worth Rs.227 but whenever I try to proceed the amount get increase to 750, and provide no reason for that. Now what should I do

The airtel 4g network is very poor. Even in places where full signal is available, 4g doesn't work at all. Secondly, the 4g stops working when on call whereas other providers don't have this issue.
