I have done port-in to airtel network on december 2019 for my mobile number. From 04-january-2020 i am not getting any incoming calls while latching on lte network and all incoming callers are getting an error message “the number you have called is currently busy, please try again after some time”.
From the issue date, i have done handset reboot many times, sim replacement but there is no luck till now.
I called airtel customer care number 198 many times from 4th january 2020 to register the complaint, but the agents were not accepting my complaint and on 16th january 2020 finally the complaint lodged by the cc team bearing complaint number - cicpl[protected].
After many follow-ups, your backend team suggested, there is a problem with my smartphone (Google pixel 2 xl) where the volte service is not available, and hence during the lte network i was not getting incoming calls to my mobile number. Here the questing is i am raising the complaint for lte service, why the team is asking / suggesting me for volte service?
Now, i have switched to iphone 7, but the problem remain same, and when anyone trying to reach me its shows an error message “the number you have called is currently busy”. Its more than 20 days where i am not getting any incoming calls and not sure whether the problem will be solved or not.
Can you please help to resolve my complaint? I also tried reaching your appellate helpdesk number [protected] on 27-jan-20 but it is landing to airtel payment desk. Was this information helpful? |
