Airtel — incoming call not received.

I port my number [protected] from reliance to airtel porting is done after that I recharge my number with 20 Rs. My outgoing call is activete but incoming calls not activate... So many time I try to connect with customer care but not success... Plz help my another airtel no. Is [protected].
