Airtel — incorrect package given and amount being deducted

Hi team,

I'm extremely unhappy with the services being provided by airtel dth. All through india, trai have been advertising that the new plan will come into effect since 01-feb-2019. Even then the services are not working properly and airtel iz deducting money from the account as well. I have never seen such an incompetent, incorrigible and too lazy organization to say.

I changed my plan on 02-feb-2019, but due to airtel's inefficient system it didn't came into effect. When contacted their super busy customer care, i was told they are having india-wide technical issue and i had to wait.

Then again i contacted airtel on 03-feb-2109 and had to tell them again all the channels i need to see, then only the plan was activated.
When i browsed through the plan and the channels being shown, i found lot of missing channels which should have been activated but were not coming.

So i again updated the plan (Reference id[protected] on 04-feb-2019. After that everything stopped on tv. Moreover, when i activated my plan, the charges were around rs 715/- pm, but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I contacted their customer care on 05-feb-2109 and was told same old story that the airtel is having technical issue and all services will be restored by afternoon of 06-feb-2019. I also flagged the issue that during activation the plan was rs 715/- but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I was reassured that the plan amount too will be restored.

The channels started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

Because of this faulty deduction the balance was exhausted and the services were suspended. I had to recharge thrice to activate the services and called to change the plan but nothing happened.

I have been emailing them many times and upon their suggestion i selected another plan with reference number[protected] having monthly charges of approx 750. The channel started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

If this email does find some competent authority, request you to please resolve following issue,
1. Activate the plan i had selected with reference id[protected].
2. Since 02-feb-2019 they have been deducting money from my account with no or faulty services being delivered. Kindly revert the charges, whatsoever you have deducted till now.
