My airtel prepaid is [protected]. I hv recharged for rs.3996/- as international roaming pack to bhutan. While i am in bhutan i could'nt able to use my sim. There is no network covergage symbol. Hence, i am forced to take a new sim from bhutan. The package is for 10 days from 11/11/2017 onwards. My travel period is from 13-17 of november. I have contacted airtel customer care 3 times for refund, but no positive reply from their end. They told me that they have no option for refund.
This is not a wise answer from their end. I have activated this package through airtel web site.in the site, they have promised that 3 gb data and 250 minutes free incoming and outgoing for 10 days. But, while i reached bhutan, i coud'nt even make a single incoming or outgoing call.
Thus, the airtel people fully cheat me by giving false advertisement.
I have a strong complaing against this.
Please help me to get full refund, otherwise i am forced totake legal action against airtel Was this information helpful? |
