Dear sir/madam
I have been using airtel prepaid sim which has suddenly stopped working whilst on international roaming. I am currently residing in the uk and have no plans to visit india anytime soon.
I spoke to airtel customer care executive who suggested me that while my number is active on our behalf, there could be an issue with the sim. Since i can't visit any of your stores physically within the 90 day period, i was suggested to give a letter of authorisation along with my id proof for collecting same.
When my brother visited the store it was requested to send an email to [protected]@in. Airtel.com for processing of same. Since there is no email id linked to this num i am unable to process any further request through it.
Now they are demanding my physical presence in an airtel store which is not available in uk. Its not possible to visit store physically in india.
I have made multiple requests through calls and mails. They just keep giving me false reassurance. Its almost going be three months now.
This number is linked with all my important accounts. If you could please issue it as soon as possible i would be really grateful. Was this information helpful? |
