Its Ashutosh, new victim of Airtel and its fraud customer services.
Its my 6th experience with Airtel customer care team. And this time it is for Airtel 4G connection.
I am having Airtel 4G device since last few months.
Connection was running fine and smooth for some time and one day Internet connection stopped working.
I called customer care on 25th Jan 2014 and asked for resolution. After 7th attempt of resetting my device.
Finally they said we will escalate issue to high level. After two days they said, its device problem and person will contact you for the same.
It’s been 10 days since then and nobody ever contacted me regarding this.
They closed my support request 3 times saying, "they tried calling me. I could not pick up. So closing ticket."
I have called them 37 different times but still no result.
This is company being run by goons and liars, who have absolute no command over their services.
Before that I has problem with installing my digital TV, for which they took more than 2 months to install connection.
