Airtel — internet and calling issue

Unable to make calls and no internet issue from 5th february 2019,, and haveing 4 airtel connections and facing issue in all connections,, after contacting to airtel customer careand nodal team of airtel they says everytime, a site upgradation at your location has been taken into consideration please wait and be patience but without calling and internet how i wait,, please help
