My name is sarika. My airtel mobile no is 99870181xx.
I had called more than 5 times to airtel customer care within 15 days. No one is bother to resolve my query.
First call i made on 16th july 2017. I had a complain of not getting network and internet connection when i am at my home. Once i go away from my home after around 1km i am getting internet connection. When i first called that lady said (I don't remember her name) i have registered your complain and it will be resolved within 22 hours. Nothing has happened.
Then again i called on 19th july 2017 again another lady said there was no service request on this no before. So i am registering your complain now. And i got reference no 77889844 from sms. And they said their team is working on it and it will resolve within 4 days. Nothing has happened as ususal.
Again i called on 22nd july the "senior person" miss sony said it will resolve by 23rd july before 11.30am. And she will going to escalate this issue.
I called on 27th july 2017 again ms prajakta said no query has been escalated yet so now she will do that and if nothing has happened within 3 working days then please call again.
Now i am fed up of calling you people.
I already sent a mail on appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
And i hope i will get some satisfying answer atleast this time after 6 th call. Was this information helpful? |
