Airtel — Internet doesnt work and unable to reach out to customer care

Hi Team,

Need your help.

Bought one year plan and was charged rupees 3359 but unable to use their services. Tried to contact customer care and their IVR is worst doesn’t work and unable to reach out to customer care an automatic ticket was opened and it’s been one month with no help.
