Airtel — Internet Issues with Airtel

I am an Airtel Broadband user with the below details.

I have raised disconnection request stating that post 4th November, 2024, I am not liable for any charges. I have not been able to avail broadband services since 30th October 2024, 12:32 PM. Multiple resolution time has been suggested by Airtel over 24 hours, but no details about the fault and the people working on the fault have not been provided. I have also not received any response for the mail I have sent for disconnection.
