It has been 6 days (22/12/17) since my internet has suddenly stopped working. I have called the customer care at lease 6 times and they have absolutely no idea what to do. They repeatedly tell me the same set of instructions about my sim settings, which obviously have not worked. Then they asked me to get a new sim.
I bought a new sim 3 days ago (25/12/2017) and it is still not activated.
Every time i call [protected] i have to at least wait for 2 minutes and listen to hell lot of irrelevant menus before i am finally connected with to a personnel, who is different every time so i have to repeat the whole thing; only to listen to their empty solutions. My 6gb data has already been wasted and i also have to bear the opportunity cost.
