I don't be able to use internet from today's morning (20 nov 17) it is not connecting at all. I was recharged datapack of 399 on 25th oct.
Also the same problem i was faced from 4 nov to 12 nov in which i not getting my 1gb per day my internet is not connecting. And i was complained everyday about this to customer care. And was updated on 13 nov.
And from 13 nov my net is sart working properly but only till the yesterday (19 nov) and from today's onward (20 nov) again i start facing the same problem.
What's the matter is this?
Please solve it as fast as possible bcz i have to do urgent works from the internet. Was this information helpful? |
