I have a simple request - shifting of my fixed line and broadband. It has taken one month!
1. I make a request.
2. The request goes to customer care.
3. The customer care calls back and then a technician calls to fix up a time to fix the line. Till here the process works.
4. But after that the technician does not turn up on the time assured that he will come.
5. Since the request has not been attended to, the request goes on hold, and then automatically gets cancelled!!
And this cycle has repeated three times with me!! And after all this it gets repeated again with me today!! The technician adsured me he will visit today abd doesnt turn up. When i call 121, i escalate this to the floor manager and all this poor guy aman can parrot is the useless process.
All in all very frustrating! The customer seems to be the least important in all this. Was this information helpful? |
