My broadband was not working since 24th august, hence contacted airtel customer care who sent some vendors to replace the modem. However they did not configure the modem correctly and left saying there is an issue with my laptop and iphone. When i called them again, the vendor was extremely rude and said he has a 100 calls to attend and it is not his problem if the broadband was not working and if i wanted my problem solved i should make another complaint. I complained again and another person was sent, he changed the location of the cables and went away, no use since it did not work at all. Again i raised a complaint on 26 th, the same technician who came on 25 th came and tried something, but then my telephone line went dead after that. I have since called airtel at least 5 to six times and each time they say someone will come in a couple of hours but no one has turned up. This kind of a third-rate customer service is not expected from a company like airtel. This inefficiency and indifference in the attitude of the customer care executives has resulted in me losing valuable time and has caused me and my family a lot of anguish.
Airtel must be penalised for such behaviour and justice and relief rendered to customers
