Airtel — lethargy to attend broadband service complaint

I took broad band from airtel paying 6 months tarrif as your sales person had assured good service and speed. I am aghast to note that the net which worked for few hours had very low speed few bytes per seconds and stopped completely today. Though you claim 24x7 service one of your customer care says the complaint will be attended on monday only. You people are taking customers for granted. We wanted to work on net today and tomorrow but due to your lethargic service we will not be able to use net. I feel sorry about failing to note your ruse. People soon will leave you and may initiate legal action.
