Hi Team,

I am using Airtel services for more than 1 year. I want to complain against the billing department of Airtel. I am observing that on every cycle they are levying extra billing charge and once I claim, they are sharing the wrong details about consumption. But this time I will not pay the extra bill for sure. It has happened with me many times but i preferred to pay every time. But for this cycle, I will not pay any extra charge.

I did not get any call from Airtel. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I am left with no other option rather than porting the no. I have already got the PORT ID for this no.
