I had several queries regarding bill details that's why i called on 121 (customer care).
then after a short while i got a call from one of your Airtel executive (billing department) on 23rd April afternoon She was a female named Anju, i told him my problems regrading wrong bill made by you (Airtel).She promised me to give me waiver of Rs1500 if i will pay remaining bill by 23rd evening .
And when i asked her for some surity then she texted me from a number +91 [protected] .
I have attached a screen shot of her message, please have a look on that.
I am very disappointed by such a false statement from your Airtel executive. and it's not for the first time.
I'' ll not pay that Rs1500 . because you Airtel guys are big liars. these people don't understand their Airtel users problems .
