[Resolved]  Airtel — Low internet connectivity

Address: Rongli, East Sikkim

Here in our area we are facing a huge problem because of no internet connection.
We have a tower near by but it's already outdated it's doesn't work.
Please upgrade the tower so we can use good quality internet.
Airtel claims to be a good network provider but in our area we don't think so please resolve this problem as soon as possible or else we have to go to another telecom operators.
We need to work from home in this pandemic but we don't have a trustworthy network we as a student facing a problem regarding attending online classes and all.
Please upgrade this tower which is installed decades earlier but not yet maintained or upgraded very unsatisfactory from Airtel

In am to use airtel but net is very low 3 to 10 kbs only .i am requested.properly not worked net speed.i am old customers so again to said very very low speed of net
