Airtel — main balance

My main account balance is getting deducted automatically
I have not activated any packs whatsoever
Airtel is robbing me help!!!
Daily apps tollfre no & company office phone no all redy out off service...

I'm using airtel from more than 2 years and now after upgrading to 4g i. E., lte i frequently facing the network issue in my internet calls and others. I'm being forced to use other carrier if you guys cannot provide me a good service then i'm bound to switch to other. Please do smth asap.
