I had applied for a Migration of Broadband plan on 31st of Jan 2017. After that it has been multiple calls and multiple emails to Airtel and I still haven't got a solution.
The current plan I am having is 4 MBPS with 40 GB download and I wanted a 40 MBPS with 50 GB download since they had advertised about it. After applying online, I found out that the advertisement is misleading and they have only 16 MBPS speed facility. So I applied again to migrate my plan from 4 MBPS to 16 MBPS with 50 GB download which was available as per the customer care.
It has been a month and I have called up Airtel Customer Care at least 10 times now with no solution till now.
