Dear Sir/Ma'am
Today after long discussion you have cancelled my cancellation request as you wanted to modify my plan providing me 5GB DATA @300 and confirmed me that my rental will be oof Rs. 200 for lifetime. But why the Rs. 199 rental discount is given only for 6 months ? I request you to listen my consent call record, what was said and what is given.After the porting from BSNL I am facing lot of problems . Please provide me a lifetime discount .Even you have deactivated my previous Rs.25 rental discount. I confirmed her that I want lifetime discount only.No problem if it becomes only Rs. 125 along with this plan. Please give me some conclusive response. I want to use your service but your frequent misguidance compelling me to leave the service. My only request please provide me lifetime discount only. We are neglecting the temptation of Jio as we trust Airtel. So please don't compell us to change the service.I have sent email to
