[Resolved] Airtel — MNP number got barred saying "There is a due of Rs 92 in airtel account"

I was an Airtel postpaid customer which I have ported to BSNL prepaid two months back. Before the number got ported I have cleared all the pending and started using BSNL. Suddenly last week my BSNL calls got barred and when I contacted BSNL customer care they said that there is a bill due of Rs.92 in my old Airtel account. But when I contacted Airtel customercare they said that I don't have any pending bill and my dues is just 1paisa. But BSNL is saying that they need a letter from airtel. But Airtel is not ready to send out a mail. Don't know what to do here...
