I have an airtel number [protected] which had been barred because one of my other broadband number was not paid. The earlier number of also was of no fault of mine, the outstanding payment was raised to above 2500. After settlement with the team when i paid 1869/- my number was still not activated. I called up the customer care 4 times and they assured me that if i pay 1869 then my number will be activated. Very sorry to say that last when i spoke to your customer care lady she refused to help me and kept on repeating that i have to pay 700 more to get my number activated. She was so rude and non cooperative that did not even bothered to retain a customer. I have requested her to deactivate my number which very promptly she has done. I had teleported my number from idea network to airtel for better service. But that was my biggest mistake and now i am realizing what a big blunder i have done.
