I have submitted Porting request (Port Req Description : Mumbai Airtel to Bangalore Airtel) on last week (12th July 2018). After that airtel executive has called me and explained there will not be any discontinuation of network during morning time as well as airtel will inform prior regarding the porting activity.
But your technical executives did the porting on peak morning hours (ie, 11:00AM IST to 02:00PM IST) that also without any intimation. I was shocked in the morning while seeing there is no network, after that I went airtel store from there I came to know you are doing porting during morning hours, also he told me very important notice "If anybody is using Airtel Network they should have secondary number (other network) for facing airtel disaster period". Its very pathetic situation which customer cant do anything.
Requesting you to kindly let me know what was your downtime period? Is there is any communication regarding porting? Is it airtel will be doing porting only in the morning hours?
