I have two mobiles having airtel network connectivity. I am facing network problems for the last 4-5 months. Initially, I thought it will get OK automatically. But it did not. People always complain that when they call, they receive a message "phone is out of coverage area" or they find my phone busy. When I call someone, it does not get connected and if it connects, my call cuts inbetween or I do not hear the voice clearly from the other side because mobile network connectivity comes and goes. Most of the time, connectivity is ZERO. I complained to Airtel on 24.07.2017 Reference No. COGCL[protected]. Airtel sent me a message "Airtel Mobile par network connectivity is sambandhit asthayi samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai. Seva phir se shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF aur ON kijiye". I followed the instructions but it did not work. Again on 25th July 2017, I complained Reference NO.CCDRP[protected]. The same day, I got the same message as above. Again I followed the instructions but it did not work. I do not understand why I am keeping these mobile phones if I cannot receive a call nor I can call when I am sitting in my house.
