On 17th of february'2019, Rs.399 recharge was done through Citrus Airtel.The message was also given that the recharge was successful.However the recharge for the mobile number [protected] was not done.The transaction reference number that was given is:[protected].
When we contacted airtel customer care, they said that there is no such transaction reference number.However the amount is deducted from my HDFC Bank account.Its now 28th of february and amount is still not refunded back to my HDFC bank account nor the recharge is completed.
Really feeling cheated by airtel.
