Dear operator,
My mother is using your mobile services for number [protected] and from past 2 days she is not able use her phone due to some issues from your end.
She has been complaining at your costumer care number about the same, but they are not at all helpful.
They have been telling her that it will start to work in 24 hours, then 72, and then many more hours are being added, still not working.
Your costumer care has been behaving very badly, saying "naa ho raha sahi, kar lo karna hai".
Then she finally came to know that her issue is not even got registered as they did not register her complain.
Let me know if what is your solution to this problem or we should switch to other better service providers.
We placed our trust on you and your services, but as it appears they are not mobile services but "get harassed services by airtel and its staff"
