[Resolved]  Airtel — money debit from my account but amount not recharge on my mobile number

I have recharged my mobile number -[protected] through airtel mobile app for rs. 2348 on 3rd february 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected]. But my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Please updated my amount on my mobile number.
