On 25 feb 2017 i did a recharge through airtel site on my mobile number[protected] but the recharge got cancelled due to authentication form bank with reference id hcmp[protected] but the money was deducted from my credit card.
So i contacted my bank for the above issue they told me that they have verified the amount but merchant has not claim till yet, if the merchant will not claim till 27 feb 2017 then they will revert the money into my credit card.
But when i contacted them after 48 hours they told me that vodafone has claimed the money and they cant do anything now. They gave me the reference id 077960.
But if airtel has claimed the money then they should have provided me the service but they failed to do so. So in the case of not providing any service i want airtel to either recharge my number or return my money as soon as possible as this is not the way to treat your customer.
If they didnt provided me the solution i would certainly change the service provider...
