Airtel — Money Not credited and, account name is not my name

Address: East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh

Yesterday night i recharged 280rs through airtel android application, i got message from 121 the recharge is initiated, but didn't get the amount, customer care told no data is regarding 280rs. 'Txn id:"[protected]", my airtel account name is wrong displaying, not getting proper details.

today i checked airtel app it showing my compait is closed.. nice thanks you...

How ur closed my complaint.. didnt change my name, didnt get my money back 280rs.

here im providing screenshots.. look my two complaints.

2 i didnt receive money regards 280rs recharged from your airtel application.
you need not change my name, atleast please back my money, i will go other network..
