I have taken corporate(IBM India pvt ltd) airtel connection in 2013, airtel no: [protected]we are making the payment every month ontime.July, 2014: we made payment 9200/-rs on 11-Aug-14 from my colique account No [protected] (since he barrow money from mine) and he went US states and i don't have contact with him farther.Oct 9, 2014: I needed money, so i requested airtel team in email, please refund outsatnding amount rs:-8213.00 to my address by releasing check and i asked them call me immediately if you have any calrifications.( since airtel bills paid automatically from rs:9200 last 3 months(july, August, Sept 2014)) OCT 11, 2014: I got a call(to +91-[protected]) from Nodel offer name: Arivind Kumar B(from no:[protected]), he took my bank details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) to refund the money . and i clealy told him transfer the money to SBI Account Number [protected]. and he said okOct 14, 2014: I send an email to airtel team same what we discussed in the call, and my account details.Oct 15, 2014: But airtel team refunded rs: 9200 /- to account: [protected](colique) without informing me. and that too I don't have contact to my colique to ask.oct 17, 2014 : I received email from airtel team as "Basis our conversation on 17th October 2014, we would like to inform you that we have validate records and found that amount is already reversed into your account on 15th October 2014.".OCT 17: 2014: I verified my accoount details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) i didn't receive money to my account.after couple of email airtel told me, money refunded to the same account where debited money from account.Here my Question is " I clearly i send and email and informed to airtel team via voice call .Please transfer the money to given account but they transfer to account No [protected](refunded to the same account where it has been debited) even thay took my account details.if they are refunding money to the same account where it has been debited, why thay are calling me and take my account details(another account)to refunded the money to another account.Why they didn't told me before they refunding money.Now, Airtel team is saing, sorry for that.But money i didn't get receive.Just thay are telling " We regret to inform you that the amount of Rs.9200/- has already been refunded to the same account where it has been debited, further there is no option for us to transfer it to any other account. "I am demanding to airtel now, i want money to given account.
